Privacy Policy

Whiteout Crew collects the information you provide when you apply for Whiteout Queenstown 26, including your name, email, company or project, role, profile links, country and city, application type, primary fit, mountain preferences, answers about your work, and consent choices.

We use this information to review applications, assess fit and community contribution, prevent spam, operate the event, coordinate logistics and contact approved applicants with a private sign-up link and unique invite code.

Application data is stored in Supabase and access is limited to approved Whiteout Crew organisers through authenticated admin access. We do not sell applicant data or use it for unrelated marketing without consent.

We aim to handle personal information consistently with privacy expectations in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, including limiting collection to what is necessary, protecting access, and deleting or correcting records on reasonable request.
